Xbox Game Pass: Cloud gaming games was a bug, Microsoft says
The listing of cloud gaming games was a bug, at least Microsoft says. Any Gamescom announcement coming up?
In the past few days, some games have caused confusion and speculation with their Xbox Game Pass designation. Games like Elden Ring, GTA5, Resident Evil Village and some more were included.
There has been speculation that these games could end up on the Xbox Game Pass subscription, although it’s more likely that the titles listed will be more prepped for the cloud gaming service. Meaning that you can play the games with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership if you own it.
Microsoft has now told Tom Warren from The Verge that this is a bug and a fix has already been rolled out.
