Avatar: The Last Airbender is getting a new mobile game

A new game based on the popular series “Avatar – The Last Airbender” is on the way. But there is a small catch, because Avatar: Generations is a mobile game.

Our series favorites Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Zuko, Suki, as well as Momo and Appa are in this “free-to-play RPG adventure” that Square Enix and Navigator Games are working on. Together, the protagonists fly over beautiful landscapes in an open world and experience new stories in well-known places.

New characters such as Avatar Kyoshi and familiar faces from The Legend of Korra will be added in later updates.

The developers have also lost a few words about the gameplay, because Avatar: Generations promises “epic squad-based battles and unique adventure sequences” as well as “profound upgrade and group customization systems”. The title should be exciting for experienced players and also pick up newcomers through the accessible gameplay.

The game for Android and iOS devices will be the first to be launched in Canada, Denmark, Sweden and South Africa. Other countries and extended compatibility are to be added.
