Inkulinati: New trailer for the Xbox Game Pass Preview

Developer Yaza Games and publisher Daedalic Entertainment are pleased to announce that their unique ink-based strategy game Inkulinati will be coming to Steam Early Access and Microsoft’s Xbox Game Preview in Winter 2022. Mythical creatures, humanoid beasts, and eccentric drawings—yes, the Middle Ages were full of fantasy, and so is Inkulinati. The freshly drawn trailer (below) showcases the stylish interpretation of medieval manuscripts and turn-based strategy combat where a rabbit’s butt can be more dangerous than a dog’s sword.

Take on the role of a powerful Inculinati who rules over the Power of Living Ink magic features that bring the illustrations on the page to life.

On the game’s 2D battlefields, the inky creatures follow the commands of their masters and battle beasts controlled by rival inculinati. To gain an advantage over their opponents, players can collect new living ink and tinker with their bestiary to find strategic builds for their next duel.

New minions can be unlocked as the game progresses, adding special abilities to the Inculinati’s arsenal, such as man-eating snails or using Trumpets in the buttocks.
