MontanaBlack hates paparazzi – streamer makes announcement to RTL reporter

MontanaBlack is a well-known face in the German streaming scene. Since his breakthrough, however, he has had to deal with intrusive reporters several times.

Buxtehude – The Twitch star MontanaBlack is one of Germany’s best-known live streamers. His follower numbers allow the streamer to live a fairly comfortable life, which MontanaBlack also regularly showcases on Instagram. But before MontanaBlack took off on Twitch and became a public figure, he lived a far less spectacular life. However, this changed rapidly in a short time. In recent years he has apparently been increasingly the victim of intrusive media representatives and paparazzi who have put pressure on the streamer privately. He now reacted to this in a podcast on the marketing platform OMR.

MontanaBlack: Harassed by RTL paparazzi

What happened? While MontanaBlack has seemed to be enjoying the perks of its popularity for a number of years, the streamer has apparently also had to face the downside of its celebrity. He seems to have been repeatedly followed by paparazzi and reporters from RTL also seem to have given the Twitch star from Buxtehude no rest. Even his grandparents are said to have been molested by reporters. As a result, MontanaBlack found clear words in a podcast:

“These gossip things are just dirt. Because they just always turn the word in their mouth. And you can tell me if it’s sympathetic that people follow you and that some rascals from RTL then stand in front of my door and say: “Yes, if you don’t talk to us, then we’ll go over to your grandparents.” So if he does that, I’ll fuck him. Because simply, you threaten me with it […]that you go to my grandparents – the ones who are most important to me – and bother them. What kind of reaction are you expecting? That I’ll go and shake your hand?”

How is the community reacting? The clip with the excerpt from the podcast collected many comments on TikTok, some viewers show solidarity with the streamer, but Monte does not only meet with understanding.

The downsides of streaming: MontanaBlack regularly hits the headlines for his controversial statements and performances. As the largest streamer in Germany at times, it did not take long for large media outlets such as RTL to take notice of the streamer. But apparently, its popularity also seems to come with problems. The pressure on streamers and influencers repeatedly results in the fact that they have to take a break to mentally withstand the pressure of demands. At the beginning of the year, MontanaBlack also had to take a break and withdrew from the public for a while.
