Is YouTuber Boxing Dying Out? At least that’s what it seems after the headlines surrounding Jake Paul and KSI. Several boxing events fall into the water.

The two fights between KSI and Logan Paul, which are among the top 10 most watched boxing matches of all time, attracted worldwide interest.

This could be one of the reasons why Logan Paul was allowed to prove himself in the ring against multiple world champion Floyd Mayweather. His brother Jake Paul is also toying with a fight against UFC legend Connor McGregor. In Germany, Trymacs and MckyTV also set a viewership record.

YouTube boxes in trouble: Three major boxing events have been announced for the third quarter of this year in the UK and USA. First off, Austin Mcbroom and Aneson Gib’s fight was canceled due to the latter’s injury.

After that, Jake Paul canceled his fight against professional boxer Hasim Rahman Jr because he couldn’t meet the required conditions for the boxing match. Last but not least, the opponent of founding father KSI got it. Alex Wassabi suffered a concussion during practice and canceled the fight. Funnily enough, the injured YouTuber was spotted working out at the gym just days later.

2 fights in one evening: Due to the many cancellations, the YouTube boxing community became angry. When everything looked like there would be no more boxing events this year, KSI created a novelty, as instead of Alex Wassabi he wanted to defeat two opponents in one evening in the ring. But even this decision was not without problems.

Alongside UK rapper Swarmz, KSI wanted to challenge a professional Bulgarian boxer. However, due to right-wing extremist tattoos, the Bulgarian was quickly exchanged for a young Mexican boxer.
