GC22: Homeworld 3 Gameplay Trailer Shows Off Space Battles And More

The one announced almost exactly three years ago and over fig.co partially crowdfunded real-time strategy titles home world 3 was under the Gamescom Opening Night Live 2022 with a gameplay trailer in mind. Publisher Gearbox and developer Blackbird, which includes some veteran Homeworld developers, present a small mission from the game in the 1:40 minute video attached below.
You can see the controls including formation flight, flanking and cover as well as some battle scenes including ship hijacking. Homeworld 3 is slated for release in mid-2023 for PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
