Assassin’s Creed: Remake is reportedly in development

Activision Blizzard: Phil Spencer pleased with acquisition progress

Ubisoft is reportedly developing a remake of the first-ever Assassin’s Creed video game.

Yesterday we reported about a leak to Assassin’s Creed Rift. The game is scheduled to launch in spring 2023 under the official name of Assassin’s Creed Mirage and will take players to Baghdad.

Ubisoft is also said to be working on a remake of Assassin’s Creed 1. As it is said, Ubisoft uses some of the assets from Mirage to implement the remake of the first part.

Assassin’s Creed Remake is set to be included in a Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed Mirage a few months after release. It is not known whether the Assassin’s Creed Remake will also be sold individually.

On September 10th, Ubisoft will announce news about the game series in a Ubisoft Forward Showcase.
