Leak says: New ports of Zelda games for Nintendo Switch coming!
Half a year is the last main issue of a Nintendo Direct already back. But now it is supposed to be in the September again give a broadcast with many announcements. At least that’s what Jeff Grubb claims in the current issue of his podcast. Among other things, the journalist claims that this month we will 100% get a Nintendo Direct. But that’s not too surprising. For several years, Nintendo has presented an issue in September.
The Legend of Zelda probably in focus
Jeff Grubb is also very sure that fans of The Legend of Zelda will get their money’s worth: “I think there’s a lot of Zelda stuff on this thing. I think there’s a full load of Zelda from Nintendo.” – tells the insider in the podcast. According to his information, the same two Zelda ports find their way to the Nintendo Switch. This is probably about Twilight Princess HD and Wind Waker HDboth of which have already been released for Wii U.
What about Breath of the Wild 2?
Fans of the Nintendo series are of course waiting for more details on the Breath of the Wild 2 sequelwhich ins some time ago Spring 2023 has been moved. Jeff Grubb was also unable to say whether the title will be shown in this Nintendo Direct. It is also still unclear whether it is a main edition or perhaps just a mini edition. The date for the event was only the week from the 12th September called.
Metroid remaster later this year?
As recently as late June, Jeff Grubb claimed that a Metroid Prime Remaster for switches (buy now €399.99) already finished and awaiting publication. Apparently, the new edition for the 20th anniversary of the series will be available at the end of the year. If it is a regular Nintendo Direct, this title should also be one of the potential announcements.
