Amazon decided to disable IMDb ratings due to poor user reviews of Rings Of Power

The new Amazon Prime series, Rings Of Power has been the topic of these days, having a very bad review from the fans.

Viewers are not satisfied with how the $250 million was spent on the series. “The beauty and creativity of Tolkien’s LOTR has been replaced by a bland and uninspiring TV series that is completely different from the source material.said one. “Pathetic writing, terrible acting or serious overacting, shoddy CGI but good elsewhere, virtue pointing out things the likes of which the Valar have never seenanother exclaimed.

In response to the onslaught of negativity from user ratings on Rotten Tomatoes, IMDB which is its own streaming service, Amazon has disabled reviews of The Rings Of Power so that there is no audience impression from which to draw immediate conclusions. Of course, you can still see the average review score pulled from Amazon-owned IMDB. It remains to be seen if the company will turn reviews back on in the future, or perhaps when the entire season is over.
