Cyberpunk 2077: Edgerunners Update 1.6 Brings New Content Today – News

CD Projekt RED has a new episode of the Night City Wire video format to celebrate the anime’s upcoming launch Cyberpunk – Edgerunners by Studio Trigger (Little Witch Academia) released. In addition, there are now usable slot machines with the pixel game Roach Race. The update should also bring further bug fixes and comfort improvements.

A complete overhaul of the police and combat while driving was promised for a later major update of Cyberpunk 2077. However, this will no longer be the case on PS4 and Xbox One, update 1.6 will be the last major update for these game versions.

Regarding the anime, it was revealed that the story is canon in the universe and certain characters from the role-playing game will make an appearance in the ten episodes. The story revolves around the street kid David. The boy dreams of a life as an Edgerunner mercenary in Night City. After the death of his mother, he loses everything but gets his hands on a rare, powerful piece of cyberware.
