WoW: The top 0.1% of Mythic Plus players rely on these classes!
If you want to secure the Mythic Plus title from WoW: Shadowlands Season 4, you have to be among the 0.1 percent of the best players. That seems to be almost impossible with some classes. At least the variance among the current players is very clear.
With WoW: Shadowlands, the developers have introduced special titles for Mythic Plus players. These are based on the PvP titles and are not distributed according to fixed criteria, but simply awarded to the best players. So who is familiar with the title Shrouded Hero (from the success Shrouded Hero: Season 4 of Shadowlands) wants to decorate, must belong to the best 0.1 percent of all players.
This is simply measured using the official Mythic Plus rating. Of course, one can argue about how meaningful this scale really is, but ultimately success has to be based on something. The Mythic Plus rating does not differentiate according to role, class or style of play. And right here is the crux of the matter. Because if you really want to play ambitiously for the title, you hardly have a choice in terms of class.
Hardly any choice – the meta determines the spec
The player Stozzer has taken the trouble to select the currently best 0.1 percent of Mythic Plus players and clearly compiled their specs. You can see at first glance which classes are really played at the highest level.
- tanks
- Blood Death Knight (nearly 75 percent)
- healer
- Holy Priest (>75 percent)
- damage dealer
- Survival Hunter (>95 percent)
- Outlaw Rogue (>45 percent)
- Destruction Warlock (>45 percent)
- Fire Mage (about 40 percent)
- Windwalker Monk (about 25 percent)
All other ways of playing can then be found under moreover. Almost exactly a third of all specs are not represented in the top 0.1 percent at all. Incidentally, a Mythic Plus rating of just under 3,000 points is currently required for this. So this really is at the very top of the food chain. Level 15-20 dungeons can easily be completed with any type of class or combination.
With which class or play style are you in the Mythic Plus dungeons of WoW (buy now ): Shadowlands Season 4 on the way? Do you happen to be in the meta, have you been playing this spec for a long time, or do you ignore it and just play what you enjoy the most? The latter is probably the best advice for 99 percent of all WoW players anyway.
