buffedCast: #602 with WoW Dragonflight, Guild Wars 2 and Rings of Power

buffedCast: #601 featuring WoW Dragonflight, WotLK Classic, Diablo 4, Amazon Games & She-Hulk

The alpha of WoW: Dragonflight has ended and the upcoming expansion has officially switched to beta status and is therefore “Feature Complete”. Matze and Phil talk about the fact that surprisingly few features await us on the Dragon Islands and their fears that Dragonflight could get boring pretty quickly – which doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing.

Afterwards, Matze talks about the 10th birthday of Guild Wars 2. Not only were there gifts for the active players, the MMO also celebrated its release on Steam at the same time. This showed the predominantly positive attitude of many players, who practically showered the newcomers with their help.

Towards the end, the two then talk about the new Amazon series Rings of Power. This had to endure a lot of criticism – partly justified, partly completely off topic. In any case, Matze and Phil agree: Rings of Power is by no means a bad series, quite the opposite. This also applies to House of the Dragon, the new GoT series, which now has three episodes and can still inspire both.
