The Polish development studio CD Projekt Red, which is behind the development of Cyberpunk 2077, surprisingly announced the first story expansion for their game. The DLC is called “Phantom Liberty” and was shown in a first teaser.
The expansion is intended to lead into a completely new district of Night City and tell an additional story to the main story of Cyberpunk 2077. Because as the trailer already shows, not only the main character V returns, but also the antihero Johnny Silverhand.
CD Projekt describes Phantom Liberty as “Spy Thriller“, so we’re probably going to uncover a conspiracy and make some tough decisions again.
The first story expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 2023 Coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Stadia. Further DLCs are already planned, but do not yet have a release period.
