It Takes Two is coming to Nintendo Switch on November 4

Electronic Arts Inc. revealed that It Takes Two, the winner of over 90 awards including Game of the Year at The Game Awards and the DICE Awards, is coming to Nintendo Switch on November 4, 2022. Originally developed by BAFTA-winning studio Hazelight Studios and published under the EA Originals brand, It Takes Two will feature the acclaimed co-op experience players know and love, optimized for Nintendo Switch.

“As a Nintendo fan myself, I’m excited that gamers on Switch will finally be able to enjoy It Takes Two,” said Josef Fares, founder and director of Hazelight Studios. “Turn Me Up Games has an excellent record of bringing world-class games to Nintendo Switch, and we rely on their expertise to bring the fantastic world of It Takes Two to the platform.”

Adapted by Turn Me Up Games, a veteran studio specializing in Nintendo Switch games, players will be able to jump into It Takes Two’s local co-op mode with a second pair of Joy-Cons, gamepad, or by syncing two Nintendo Switch consoles locally. Game owners will also be able to invite a friend to play for free using the Friend Pass**. In addition, the universal story of relationships in the game can be experienced around the world with new dubs in Japanese, French, German and Spanish from Spain, as well as subtitles in different languages.

It Takes Two will be available for pre-order on September 13 and will hit physical and digital stores on November 4, 2022 for Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED. Players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Origin and Steam) can download the game now.
