Joel is obviously stressed: Even before Joel’s daughter dies and the zombie apocalypse breaks out, Joel is struggling with stress symptoms that are reflected in mental and physical ailments. It’s just stupid that, as we know, there is no improvement in sight – quite the opposite. But at least Joel seems much more relaxed, healthier and happier at the beginning of The Last of Us 2.
