God of War Ragnarök will be released in November and there will be new video material and a limited Dualsense controller available to coincide with the approaching release.

Sony’s Santa Monica Studio has released a new trailer for God of War Ragnarök as part of the recent “State of Play” presentation, which should set the story in motion for the release of the action game for PS5 and PS4 on November 9th. According to the official soundtrack, the approximately three-minute video Playstation blog a “look at what awaits Kratos and Atreus as Ragnarök threatens the Nine Worlds”.

“As the All-Father positions his characters, Kratos and Atreus must decide whether to surrender to the shackles of their destiny, or ignore the prophesied words and take their fate into their own hands,” the announcement reads. In addition to cinematic interludes from cutscenes, there are also a few gameplay excerpts from the upcoming Playstation exclusive game. Tyr, the Norse equivalent of Kratos, is also shown.

Limited PS5 controller

To coincide with the release of the ninth installment in the God of War series, which many fans are eagerly awaiting, there will also be a limited edition Dualsense wireless controller for the Playstation 5, which, according to the announcement, will be inspired by the Nordic world of Midgard and will feature two-tone colors look in blue and white. The whole thing is decorated with a bear and wolf insignia, which stand for Kratos and Atreus.
