This is what Super Sonic looks like in this new Sonic Frontiers trailer

Sega has released a new trailer for Sonic Frontiers at the Tokyo Game Show, offering a first look at Super Sonic.

“Harness the power of emeralds,” the trailer teases, before showing Sonic acquiring an emerald atop one of the colossal robots and turning into his bright yellow super form:

Also, the trailer shows off some new gameplay. There’s a massive lava-spewing volcano, a new floating enemy robot, and even Sonic riding some sort of flying robotic creature.

The entire trailer is soundtracked by the song “Vandalize” by One OK Rock, recently confirmed as the game’s ending theme.

Sonic Frontiers will be released on November 8 on PlayStation and Xbox consoles, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).
