Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose features 7 minutes of gameplay

Resident Evil Village will launch the Winter’s Expansion next month, which will bring a ton of new content to the game with a new third person mode for the base game, new stages and characters for Mercenaries, and a new story DLC called “Shadows of Rose”. More new gameplay footage for the Shadows of Rose DLC has surfaced, courtesy of IGN.

The gameplay video is seven minutes long and shows much of the story episode. Played entirely from the third-person perspective, Shadows of Rose takes place 16 years after the events of the base game, and sees Ethan’s daughter Rose heading into the mind of the megamycete, where she will face new enemies and use their own powers and special abilities.

Resident Evil Village: Winters’ Expansion It will be released on October 28 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. A resident Evil Showcase is coming next month, which will include new details for the DLC and the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 4.
