Anyone who enjoys Borderlands and also loves Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands should now be jumping for air, because Gearbox describes the offshoot with the crazy bomb expert in her homemade fantasy world as a “new franchise” that is now available to the studio.

The huge success of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands clearly means for Gearbox that a new franchise has been born. At the Embracer Group AGM said Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford: “Wonderlands has exceeded all of our expectations, both in terms of reviews and sales, and I’m thrilled that on top of the huge financial rewards we’re about to receive in the coming quarters, we’re delivering a solid established a base.”
