Actually it should be removed, but this game surprisingly stays in the subscription.

There are always surprises for Xbox Game Pass subscribers – and while Aragami 2 was supposed to be removed from Microsoft’s subscription service, the game surprisingly stays on Xbox Game Pass subscription – simply because the developers love the service so much.

Aragami 2 has been available in Xbox Game Pass since September 17, 2021 and will probably remain so for a long time to come.
