The Youtuber Tito Perez introduces the game development kit (dev kit for short) of the PS5 console for the first time in video form in a recently published article. The Dev Kits are special versions of the hardware for development studios and as can be seen in the video, the design of the PS5 kit differs dramatically from the retail version. Images of PS5 dev kits have appeared in the past.

In addition to the design, a flap on the bottom is also opened and the user interface is demonstrated when the device is started. However, since the activation of the kit has expired, no software can be started on it.
