At the end of September, Euronics was able to make many PS5 hunters happy with a surprising drop. But what about fresh supplies in October?

Hamburg – Euronics used to be one of the most relevant contact points for PS5 hunters as a regular supply guarantor. Recently, however, the well-known electronics chain has rarely played a role in terms of PS5 sales. Here there are only sporadic fresh console supplies from Sony – such as now at the end of September. But when can we expect a new sales campaign here again? We take a look at the current situation.

Buy PS5 from Euronics: September finally brings fresh supplies – what’s next?

When was the last time you could buy the Sony PS5 from Euronics? The last drop didn’t take place until the middle of the week just ended – namely on September 28th. In the early morning you had the chance to get the new FIFA 23 bundle in combination with Gran Turismo 7. The drop felt quite big, even after more than an hour sales were reportedly still going through successfully. Before that, there were supplies in the Arpil – and that in a fairly manageable framework.

You should be careful here: In the spring of 2022, Euronics issued a warning that is still valid today. Beware of fake shops that keep offering PS5 consoles that are said to be immediately available under the Euronics name, but have nothing to do with Euronics. These pages are currently a little more active again, but can usually be easily unmasked, since they ONLY offer PS5 consoles as Euronics and no other electronic items.

In case of doubt, the following still applies: If you come across a Euronics site that has large quantities of the PS5 in stock, delivers immediately and only offers prepayment/bank transfer as a payment method, you should definitely be suspicious. But if you don’t read anything about a Euronics sale in the social media, relevant forums or here on ingame.de, then you should definitely refrain from buying there. Otherwise you run the risk of not seeing your money or your console (again).

What is the current status of PS5 supplies at Euronics? At Euronics, after the most recent drop at the end of September, it should be quiet for a while when it comes to fresh PS5 supplies. We strongly assume that the retailer could drop again at the earliest towards the end of October – i.e. when the next official PS5 bundle from Sony starts with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
