For example, Project Orion is a successor to Cyberpunk 2077, future games, like the Cyberpunk successor, should have a multiplayer mode, and the company is also planning more series, books, and more about its existing franchises, which of course will continue are to be expanded.
The Witcher: Five new titles announced
The popular The Witcher series probably received the most announcements. In addition to the third season of the Witcher series on Netflix, CD Projekt Red also announced a total of five new Witcher titles. Start here Project Sirius, an “innovative look” at the Witcher universe intended to delight both existing Witcher fans and new audiences. The title is being developed by The Molasses Flood, the studio behind Drake Hollow, with support from CD Projekt Red itself. Project Sirius is primarily intended to offer players a multiplayer experience, but single-player content including a story campaign should also be available.
Hereafter comes ProjectPolaris, which is supposed to be a brand new Witcher trilogy. All three new games are expected to be released within six years of Polaris’ release, according to CD Projekt Red. The new Witcher trilogy will offer a completely new storyline, detached from the previous adventures of Witcher Geralt.
Last there is canis majoris, which is not part of the new Witcher saga that starts with Project Polaris. The new title is to be developed by a third-party studio consisting of ex-Witcher veterans.
So, for Witcher fans, the future has all sorts of new content to look forward to. There is not much information about the new titles, but Project Sirius and Project Polaris are said to be in pre-production at the moment. With any luck, all of the new Witcher trilogy’s sequels will be released by 2030.
