You always wanted to be a duck in WoW? Then you have the chance to do so in WoW: Dragonflight. Thanks to a new emote, you can pretend you’re a duck and use it to tease your teammates or opponents.

Blizzard developers have finally found the most important technology in the game with WoW: Dragonflight. They succeeded. In the upcoming expansion, WoW is finally getting… drum roll… ducks! Since male ducks are called drakes in English, this actually goes very well with the dragon expansion.

The developers in Dragonflight fully exploit the potential of the new poultry and not only let hunters tame ducks, but also give magicians a new transformation magic, the Turned enemies into cute little ducks. Of course there will also be duck pets. And it will probably only be a matter of time before players can swing onto their own duck mount as a flying mount. Until then, you can pass the time with new duck emotes.

the Dataminer from WoWHead have discovered in the game files that there will be several different emotes for the croak. Apparently, the animation of the already familiar /chicken emote is replaced and your character struts around in chat like a chicken with the text command /Quack.
