In the Tuesday draws of the Eurojackpot lottery on October 11th and 18th, real gold bars will also be raffled off. If you don’t crack the multi-million dollar jackpot, you might be lucky here. Both draws are for 12 x 1 kilo of gold (individual value around 56,000 euros) and 100 gold bars of 100 grams at around 5,600 euros each without an additional stake. 224 game participants will gild October with it. Tuesday second drawing day

In mid-March this year, a second drawing day was introduced alongside Friday with Tuesday. So the lucky numbers have been rolling through the draw machines twice a week in Helsinki, Finland, for the past six months. Since then, it has also been possible for Eurojackpot to exceed the magic 100 million euro mark. Because the first prize class can increase to 120 million euros. The jackpot rolls from one event to the next throughout the week. Rolling means that the jackpot increases with each draw unless the first prize category is hit – from Friday to Tuesday, from Tuesday to Friday and so on. And this unbelievable sum has already been paid out: 120 million euros went to a winner from Denmark for the first time in the Friday drawing on July 22nd. A few weeks earlier, a three-digit million sum was won in NRW for the first time – that is a German lottery record.

At the end of August, a double-digit million prize was paid out for the first time on a Tuesday: The lucky guy had submitted his ticket in Hesse and was the only one in Europe to type the correct winning numbers on August 30 – for which he was paid out more than 20 million euros.
