If you want to let the virtual lead syringes glow earlier, you can secure Early Access for Modern Warfare 2. We reveal how you get early access, when you can start with it and what the catch is.

Modern Warfare 2: Gamble a week earlier with Early Access – this is how you get access

Then the Early Access starts: Modern Warfare 2 is officially released on October 28th. If you have early access, you can take a look at the game a week beforehand. Then you can let the virtual lead fly in Modern Warfare 2 on October 20th.

What you get in Early Access: There is a small catch, however. Only the Modern Warfare 2 campaign is included in Early Access. This caused some disappointment among fans. Ultimately, the heart of Modern Warfare 2 will be multiplayer. If you want to play it, you have to wait until October 28th, despite early access.

How to get early access: To get early access to the campaign, you must pre-order Modern Warfare 2. It doesn’t matter which edition you buy. You can also get early access to the campaign in the basic versions of Modern Warfare 2. If you’re still waiting for the right console, you can soon buy the PS5 bundle with Modern Warfare 2. But then you won’t get early access.
