The weekly competitions end and begin at 9am every Thursday morning. That means you can claim the bonuses every week at this time and the whole fun starts all over again.
Get in the apps: If you choose to claim the rewards for your Division Rivals progression via the web or companion app, you must specifically navigate to the competitions to collect them. The rewards are no longer displayed on the home screen as they used to be.

Every week anew you work your way up in Division Rivals. That means you play against other players with your (of course the best possible) FIFA Ultimate Team. If you win a match, you get a point. If you lose, you lose a point.
This is how you climb the rankings within your division and move up the ranks. However, there are also so-called checkpoints. If you reach the points with the small flags, you are safe and cannot fall below the rank again this week. You can also get into a higher division.
Series Bonus: There are also series bonuses. If you win several games in a row, you get double the number of points. However, this only starts with the third win in a row.
When the week ends, the ranks will be reset. Then the struggle for ranks within the division starts all over again. At the end of a season you can also demote divisions, otherwise not.
