Apex Legends goes to the moon with the next map: Meet Broken Moon

We’re fast approaching Apex Legends Season 15, and with it comes a new legend and map to the battle royale. From November 1st you can go to the moon with Ash, Bloodhound, Catalyst and Co.

The broken moon Cleo is now available for Apex games

Broken Moon is the name of the new card that will be introduced with the next season. Apex Games are now taking place on the moon Cleo, which was almost destroyed by a meteor impact, in order to finance re-colonization on it. The new gameplay trailer gives you a first look at Broken Moon:

The map consists of two different halves. One is lively and inhabited, the other barren and gloomy. Overall, Broken Moon is expected to be about the same size as World’s Edge, but has some unique features. For example the new transport tracks, which function in a similar way to the existing cable cars.

Here’s the entire Broken Moon map.

The rollercoaster-like “Zip Lines” let the legends cross long distances and ride from one big POI to the next. You are also much faster on the go than with the usual cable cars. However, there is a certain risk associated with this, because you cannot first slowly look around the corners to see whether opponents are waiting for you there.

Respawn poses in her new blog post the big POIs Terraformer, Stasis Net Plant, Atmostation and Replacement Atmo, Perpetual Core, Bionomy, The Dividing Line, Alpha Base, Eternal Gardens, Breakwater, Construction Yard, The Foundry, Dry Canyon, Cultivation and Boardwalks. A whole lot.
