Arrogation: Unlight of Day: New horror game from China promises gruesome fun

Arrogation: Unlight of Day isn’t quite out yet, but the demo, available today on Steam, is sure to get you in the spirit of Halloween! The horror game lets us slip into the role of a reporter and explore 80s China. Here you will have to visit a remote village in the mountains from the first person perspective and solve some mysteries, discover dark rituals and above all flee from grotesque creatures. The whole thing was developed on the Unreal Engine 5.

The Chinese horror game is the debut work from developer Corax Studios and publisher Gamersky. Corax has not developed any other video game since it was founded in 2019, but has already produced some documentaries and animations. The focus is often Chinese culture itself and the desire to share it with an international audience. The release of Arrogation: Unlight of Day is for 2023 on Steam planned.
