Nintendo Switch: System Update 15.0.1 is here, bringing you more than just stability
The latest system update for the Nintendo Switch is here, updating the system to version number 15.0.1.
This time, with the update, you get even more than just improved stability for the console.
What does update 15.0.1 bring to the Switch?
On the one hand, the update addresses the error code 2181-1000 on the Nintendo Switch. Fixed an issue that caused this error code to appear when attempting to play DLC on a console other than your primary console.
In addition, an issue has been fixed that prevented screenshots from being recorded during certain scenes in some games.
And last but not least, there is of course more stability.
Apart from that, according to Dataminer OatmealDome, Nintendo also seems to have expanded the word filter for unwanted words again.
A rude phrase telling someone to “shut up” in katakana (ダマレ) was also added to the Japanese bad words list.
The web browser and system apps that use it were updated, probably for bug fixes + stability.
Other updated system modules include bsdsockets, ns, am, and nim.
