Pokémon GO is running Spotlight Hour with Twilight today, November 1st. It’s wearing a disguise. There’s more stardust. We’ll show you everything about the start, shinys and spawns.

What is this event? Spotlight Hour kicks off every Tuesday night in Pokémon GO. A Pokémon selected by Niantic is then in focus for an hour. The selection changes every week.

Today you meet disguised twilight. Because the Día de Muertos 2022 event is running at the same time, which ensures special costumes. You will get more Stardust. In the overview we show you everything important about today’s event.

Spotlight Hour on November 1st – Launch, Bonuses, Shiny

When does spotlight hour start? As always, the event starts at 18:00 local time. It is then active for about an hour and ends around 19:00 local time.

What bonuses are there? The wilderness will be teeming with twilight. The Pokémon will appear almost everywhere. If you activate a smoke to do this, it will also attract more twilight. Keep in mind that Smoke and Lure Modules will remain active for 90 minutes due to the Día de Muertos event.

There is also a dust bonus. For catching Pokémon, you get double the amount of Stardust.

Is there Shiny Twilight? Yes, you can catch Shiny Dusk in Pokémon GO. Today it also wears the Cempasúchitl crown and can also be caught with it as a shiny.

Is today’s spotlight worth it? If you’re looking for strong attackers, today’s spotlight isn’t ideal. Dusklop and Duskfinst are occasionally used in PvP and can perform well there, depending on the situation. But they are very special.
