Retro Goal is coming to Nintendo Switch to coincide with the World Cup

If you are still looking for a new football game for the World Cup in Qatar without having to pay the purchase price of FIFA 23, you should perhaps consider this one.

New Star Games is releasing Retro Goal for the Nintendo Switch later this month.

Virtual football as it used to be

Retro Goal promises retro soccer action and simple team management, inspired by games from the 16-bit era.

It is already available for mobile devices, on the Switch you can play touch screen or Joy-Cons.

24 leagues from all over the world are available in the game, as well as 496 playable teams. However, original licenses are not to be expected.

On the one hand you have to prove yourself as a manager in the game, on the other hand you have to play precise passes and score goals yourself on the pitch.

Previously, New Star Games had already released the similarly inspired Retro Bowl for Switch.
