Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II: Ranked Matches and more coming next year

Only next year will Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II get ranked games and more.

Ranked play in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II was not available at launch. And the rest of the year players have to do without it.

Infinity Ward announced that ranked games will not be added until next year.

Infinity Ward is not responsible for this part of the game either. With Treyarch, the makers of the Black Ops series, a partner has been brought on board who will implement this aspect.

Players can look forward to competitive modes with ranked skill divisions and visible skill ratings in 2023. A top 250 leaderboard and competitive rewards were also announced.
