CoD Warzone 2: All information about the preload of the Free2Play shooter

Here’s information about the Warzone 2 preload.

Just over three weeks after the release of CoD Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 is the new free offshoot of the popular shooter series. You can then play the Free2Play title on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The preload helps you to save time and start playing straight away.

When does the preload for Warzone 2 start? CoD’s new Battle Royale offshoot will launch alongside Season 1 of CoD Modern Warfare 2. In a new one blog entry Activision has now announced the start times.

• Preload: November 14, 2022 at 7 p.m. German time
• release: November 16, 2022 at 7 p.m. German time

Modes: In Warzone 2.0, in addition to the classic (and slightly adapted) Battle Royale rounds, you can also expect the new DMZ mode, which is based on Escape form Tarkov and in which you have to complete tasks and disappear again. Warzone 2 does not replace Warzone 1. The two Free2Play games will exist in parallel. This also means that both branches independently have their own game progression and inventory. However, the original Warzone will be offline for a while and will not be available from November 16th to November 28th. Then it returns under the name Call of Duty: Warzone Caldera.
