NACON announces the launch of two DAIJA Arcade Sticks for the latest generation of consoles. For the development of the new products, which are officially licensed by PlayStation (for PS4 and PS5) and Xbox (for Xbox Series X|S and PC), the creative teams of NACON once again worked together with Marie-Laure “Kayane” Norindr – one French eSports champion specializing in the fighting game genre.

The upgraded version of the DAIJA Arcade Stick pushes the boundaries of performance and convenience to meet the demands of demanding gamers.

Optimized design for competitive gamers

The first DAIJA was developed in 2018 with input from Kayane. Thanks to their help and taking into account the community feedback, NACON has significantly improved the new version of the DAIJA Arcade Stick. Key layout, hand placement and overall ergonomics have all been carefully considered for maximum comfort.

In the adapted versions of the DAIJA Arcade Stick, the buttons were arranged to ensure that there is enough space for the left wrist. A side key lock system also ensures that the game is not accidentally interrupted. The PlayStation version has new Option, Create and PS buttons, while Xbox users will benefit from Menu, View, Share and Xbox buttons.

In addition to a profile selection option, the LED light for the player position in the PlayStation version and the arcade stick opening system integrated directly into the housing also increase the functionality of the gaming peripherals. A more flexible and grippy cover under the arcade stick and textured palm rest provide better stability.
