It’s almost been two years since it was published Sam & Max Save the World – Remastered by Skunkape Games. In the new edition of the first season, which was then still being produced by Telltale Games, you were allowed to save the weird film noir-like world of the two anthropomorphic “freelance police officers”. The whole thing was accompanied by the jazzy soundtrack by Jared Emerson-Johnson.

This is exactly what you can now buy on vinyl. The three discs in this collector’s edition contain all the music for the six-episode season, with cover artwork by Sam & Max creators Steve Purcell personally.

The $40 price includes a free Bandcamp download of the enhanced digital soundtrack. Unfortunately, the shipping costs to Germany for this collector’s item are extremely steep: Depending on how quickly you want to hold your copy in your hands, you have to shell out between 53 and 73 US dollars additionally. If you’d rather just get the digital download, you can purchase it on Bandcamp for $10.
