The Black Week deals have started and Sony PlayStation has big deals too. Get discounts on PS Plus and games for PS4 and PS5 now.

San Mateo – The time of the penny pincher has begun again. The big Black Friday is coming up in November, when numerous retailers and markets sell their goods dirt cheap and this year Sony is not too bad about a few big discounts. In the PlayStation Store you can now secure great deals on the PS Plus subscription service and numerous games for PS4 and PS5. We show you the highlights of the discount campaign here.

PlayStation Store: Black Week discounts for PS Plus

Save on your PS Plus subscription: If you’re looking to renew, upgrade, or even subscribe to your PS Plus for the first time, now’s your best chance to do so. For Black Week, Sony has also reduced the price of the online service, by a whopping 25%. No matter which of the three levels you choose, if you buy an annual subscription, you get a quarter of the price for free. However, if the purchased period expires at some point, you will have to pay the usual price again afterwards. So for the first year PS Plus Premium you would pay 89.99 euros, but after that it costs 119.99 euros again.

Even if you already own PS Plus, you can take advantage of the offer. Even if you upgrade your previous subscription to a higher tier, you save 25% compared to the normal price for the upgrade. So if you still use PS Plus Essential and want to try switching to Extra or Premium, this is a good time. In addition to Sony, Samsung also has new Black Week deals at the moment, so you should also take a look for powerful discounts there.

Until when are the deals valid? Sony uses the expression Black Week rather loosely in the case of the offers on the PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct. The deals have been running since November 18, 2022, but will not end until November 28. So you have a whopping ten days to decide on your favorite deals.
