CD Projekt RED doesn’t just have one in the course of a stream event new trailer to the free next-gen update for The Witcher 3 – Wild Hunt (in the test, Note 9.0), but also a half-hour gameplay video in which the developers present the new features such as ray tracing and graphical improvements.
In spring 2022, CD Projekt RED pulled the development of the next-gen version from Saber Interactive (who were also responsible for the Switch version (in the test, grade 8.5)) and continued the project internally. The update is scheduled for release on December 14, 2022 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S|X.
