Knossi makes the cardinal mistake in the jungle for a cigarette

In episode 6 of 7 vs. Wild the second day comes to an end and Joris still has no fire. Meanwhile, Knossi sets fire to almost the entire jungle.

Isla San Jose, Panama – At 7 vs. Wild, isolation and challenges begin to gnaw at the contestants. In the sixth episode of Fritz Meinecke’s YouTube show, the construction of the shelter is further refined, the first real challenge is completed and the attempt is made to defy the madness of the jungle. Joris has been fighting fire since the first episode, while Knossi comfortably sets a palm tree on fire to light his fag.

What happened? In Episode 6 of 7 vs. Wild Season 2, the participants are busy completing the first challenge of the day. Knossi and Joris have already finished with this in episode 5, so you can watch them in the other challenges that the jungle of the tropical island has to offer by itself.

This is how Knossi does: Knossi doesn’t show anything and puts on a musical performance on the beach. He raves about his girlfriend, because Knossi has an underwear gift with him for 7 vs. Wild, which he sniffs every now and then. But the second night makes him struggle with his nerves. Rain stopped the evening cigarette and Knossi doesn’t close his eyes. Here you can see the scene of Knossi.

It’s still raining in the early hours of the morning and the streamer still hasn’t smoked his fag. Crouching under a palm tree, Knossi finds dry tinder at shoulder height. His flash of inspiration: light the dry palm tree with the fire steel and hold the cigarette to it. Being the first at 7 vs. Wild to start a fire, his calculations add up and the fag is on fire.

Do not try this at home: But the display from the production goes into more detail about Knossi’s cardinal sin. Lighting a tree can have serious consequences and could have ended much worse than Knossi expected – even in the rain, a forest fire is quite possible. But one should probably not tell Joris about these problems.

7 vs. Wild: Knossi and Joris play with fire – but only one wins

What’s up with Joris? Joris has struggled with starting a fire since the first episode. He probably saw himself as a winner in this challenge even before he took part, but he cannot explain to himself what the problem is. Despite fire steel, Joris couldn’t get beyond sparks. The wildcard winner can be seen re-ordering his priorities, only to finally say fire comes first again.

Joris and his fight with fire has become quite the running gag in the online communities of 7 vs. Wild. On Reddit, fans probably threw up their hands when Joris failed the fire again, while Knossi almost caused a forest fire. Here, too, the title of episode 7 of 7 vs. Wild is jokingly written: “Joris has fire – from the forest fire of Knossi, which simply burns down the island“.
