Hentai game released for Nintendo Switch!

As Nintendo fans know, the Japanese company strictly monitors what games are released on its consoles. Although one finds in eShop the Nintendo Switch a veritable flood of games that often do not meet the highest quality standards, but at least one thing Switch players have been able to be sure of so far – namely that it is always family-friendly there. On the whole, anyway, after all, the group initially seemed to be playing games on the switch nude content to allow, only to recently reverse this. However, a game that has just appeared is causing a stir because it contains images of scantily clad girls and pictures from them are also accessible to children via the eShop.

Completely unsuitable for children?

So got excited Reddit user about his eight-year-old cousin playing the game through his own Nintendo Switch account on the eShop Furry Hentai Tangram got displayed. The game has been available since November 25th, 2022 at the normal price of €2.99 (until December 15th you get a 20 percent discount and only pay €2.39). The term hentai usually refers to pornographic manga and anime in this country. Accordingly, the game’s eShop page advertises “beautiful pictures of lovely girls” and the trailer also praises the game as “a relaxing game full of cute girls”.

The game from the publisher known for adult titles seems playful gamuzumi at least not to be anything special. It’s about a Tangram Puzzle, in which you have to place different shapes in a given field in such a way that they do not overlap, but fill the field completely. If you can do that, you add pictures of scantily clad young women Cat ears and tail free. However, you don’t seem to get any real nudity, at most a few drawn girls in bikinis.

Really from 16 or just half as wild?

In most European countries, the game has been given a youth rating of 16 and over, but this appears to have been stated as such by the publisher itself Eurogamer figured out. The still pending official classification will probably determine a release from twelve years. (A USK 16 logo can also currently be seen in the German Nintendo eShop.) So it may be that the publisher is using the word “hentai” in the title and the release for ages 16 and over only wanted to pretend to be a sexually explicit game for the eShop visitors? In any case, the game with the cute, furry girls got a lot of attention as a result!
