For the participants of 7 vs. Wild, the third night turns into a disaster. The tide spares almost not a single shelter of the candidates on the island.

San Jose, Panama – The 7 vs. Wild contestants have been busy building shelter since day one on the island, but the flood may have undone all the effort. The full moon on the Panamanian island probably caused a particularly high water level, which took the candidates completely by surprise. In the middle of the night, Fritz Meinecke and Co. have to watch helplessly as their shelters are flooded.

7 vs. Wild: Horror night for the candidates – shelters are flooded

That happened: The participants of 7 vs. Wild should have thought about the right location a little longer before building their shelters. Because many of the shelters were just a short distance from the water’s edge at the beginning of the survival show as soon as the tide started. However, Mother Nature had a special surprise for the contestants for the third night in the jungle. Because of the full moon, the tide was particularly high and caused panic at night.

While Joris only worried about getting his shoes, Nova caught the tide much worse. “The waves are so high that my entire shelter collapsed due to the waves”. For the streamer, this is the second major setback, because Nova is also struggling with the loneliness of 7 vs. Wild and has already indicated that she probably won’t be able to stay on the island much longer.

But serial founder Fritz Meinecke was not spared by the flood either. There was no longer any land area to be seen on his stony beach and so the outdoor professional lay in his fishing net bed directly above the roaring waves. This circumstance even upset the otherwise calm Fritz. “Actually, what I’m most afraid of is that it will wash away my pillars and then everything will collapse completely”.

7 vs. Wild: While the participants battle the tides, Knossi has his own mission

Knossi on his own mission: The Twitch star is largely spared from the floods, but Knossi calls out his very own alarm level in the middle of the night. The streamer was woken up by his intestines and let the viewers participate in his desperate search for a suitable toilet paper substitute.

We’ll see in the next episodes of 7 vs. Wild whether Knossi can recover from these nightly hardships. Then it also becomes clear whether Fritz and Co. will have to move again during their time in the jungle in order to escape the next floods. In any case, the construction of the shelter seems to be a lengthy affair for the participants.
