Marvel’s Wolverine the PS5 exclusive game could be released in 2024 or 2025 according to leaker

Marvel’s Wolverine was revealed on September 9, 2021. There has been silence on the title from Insomniac Games and Sony.

There is still no information on the release date, Microsoft had previously revealed that the game was set to release in 2023. However, prominent industry insider and leaker, Tom Hendersonthe game won’t be released until 2024 at the earliest, in other words, it could very well be a 2025 or later game.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is currently in development and is scheduled for a 2023 release and is likely to be the main focus of Insomniac Games, albeit a multi-team studio. However, his other teams have largely worked on experimental titles and Ratchet & Clank. One would assume that Marvel’s Wolverine would be handled by Marvel’s in-house team with experience in making games.

So far neither Insomniac Games nor Sony have given any clarification on this issue. It is worth mentioning that we have only seen a teaser of Marvel’s Wolverine, they have not presented an official trailer for the game or a launch window.
