At least since the introduction of the high-end versions of the RTX 4000 series, the price of a graphics card has become more important again. This is not only due to the consumer side and the current limitations: high inflation rates and high energy costs nibble at the savings, which of course also has an effect on expensive graphics cards. The supply side also has a share in the current situation, because the prices, especially for the RTX 4080, are simply too high. Even a small downward adjustment due to the stronger euro does not change much. Surveys show that Nvidia and its partners should once again significantly lower the price of the RTX 4080.
