Hogwarts Legacy: Current Gen Version Reaches Gold Status

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Rumor: Customizable Kill Cams Coming Soon

Avalanche Software has announced that the current-gen version of its upcoming role-playing game, Hogwarts Legacy, has achieved gold status.

It was recently announced that Hogwarts Legacy for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch will be released two or even five months later. The launch date for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC is still February 10, 2023.

Now there’s good news again for current-gen gamers, which should put an end to any fears of a further postponement of the open-world role-playing game set in the Harry Potter universe.

As developer Avalanche Software announces, Hogwarts Legacy has now reached gold status on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. With the main development now complete, the development team is currently concentrating on fine tuning and bug fixes.

Hogwarts Legacy will be released on February 10, 2023 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will follow on April 4th, with the Nintendo Switch version coming out on July 25th.

Another gameplay showcase for Hogwarts Legacy will start today at 7:00 p.m. German time.
