Starfield: Different biomes possible on the same planet

In the upcoming sci-fi role-playing game Starfield, players will venture into the vastness of the universe. With thousands of procedurally generated planets, there will be no shortage of interesting locations to explore.

Each planet should represent a unique location with individual characteristics. But not only that. Even individual planets will sometimes have several different biomes.

On the official Italian Twitter account Bethesda states the following with reference to an artwork:

“In Starfield, each planet will have unique biomes. The flora and fauna that you will find reflect the characteristics of this region.”

Starfield is expected to be released in the first half of 2023 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
