GTA Online: Los Santos update with Christmas rewards

It’s Christmas in Southern San Andreas: The update for GTA Online called Festive Surprise brings some additional content such as contracts and rewards to Los Santos. The free add-on content for Grand Theft Auto 5’s multiplayer mode is available until December 28th – players who log into GTA Online at least once before this date will receive the Candy Cane weapon as well as supplies and holiday accessories for free, among other things played on the account.

The assignments include a classic search quest in which players must track down and destroy 25 snowmen scattered throughout Los Santos. Those who succeed can look forward to the snowman outfit and 125,000 GTA dollars. In addition, GTA Online players can take care of an escalating Christmas party at the news channel Weazel News, which culminates in a firefight. For the successful completion of the mission there is a “Happy Holidays design” for the Mk II pistol in addition to a new weapon.

Performing LSD Lab Sell Missions during Festive Surprise week will reward players with double GTA$ and Reputation Points. There is also a doubling of the rewards for races of any kind, while the job “Beast vs. Slasher” offers a triple amount of reputation points and GTA dollars. At Simeons Autohaus there is a vehicle with a festive Christmas design, while the main prize at Diamond Casino is the Pfister Comet Safari in a time-limited holly design.

In the meantime, Knecht Unrecht is up to mischief, targeting the full pockets of the players. If the GTA Grinch can be successfully repelled, there are more GTA dollars in addition to the Knecht-Unrecht mask. In addition to all the new content, GTA+ members will also enjoy additional benefits as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars “First Dose”, such as exclusive holiday outfits and accessories.
