Marvel’s Avengers: Mighty Thor skin causes displeasure among players – News

Earlier this year, Crystal Dynamics added Mighty Thor to their co-op fighting game Marvel’s Avengers introduced and shortly thereafter released a skin reminiscent of Jane Foster from the movie Thor-Love and Thunder oriented.

Now the creators have also released a variant of the costume without a helmet, which gives players a better view of Jane Foster’s head. A pack containing both costumes is available on the Marketplace for 1,900 credits (approx. 18 euros), while the version without the helmet can also be purchased individually for 1,400 credits (approx. 13 euros). Helmet skin owners should get a discount on the bare skin version.

As a result, many Marvel’s Avengers players have complained about Crystal Dynamics’ handling of this skin, pointing out that such a small change should be free for base costume owners.

The game’s creators have apparently not yet responded directly to this complaint from fans, but the announcement was made that over the holidays and until January 5, 2023, many skins, emotes and other content in the shop will receive a price reduction of 50%.
