Apex Legends Mobile: Game will be retired in May

The Apex Legends Mobile game will be discontinued on iOS and Android in early May.

The development of the mobile offshoot of the battle royale game Apex Legends will be discontinued.

Developer Respawn Entertainment announced that it was with a heavy heart that they decided to discontinue the game.

The reason given for the decision was factors outside of their control that prevented the team from “getting the quality gaming experience and content our players deserve.”

Apex Legends Mobile doesn’t launch until May 17, 2022 for iOS and Android. The game will then become unplayable on May 1, 2023 at 01:00.
