Corsair with new 120mm fans, AiO series and RGB cases

Corsair has introduced new components for PC enthusiasts. The hardware manufacturer now offers upgrades of PC parts such as RGB fans, all-in-one water cooling and new cases, which are available now.

As a well-known maker of gaming equipment, Corsair is presenting new products from its product portfolio: PC do-it-yourselfers can look forward to new RGB fans from the AF RGB Elite SeriesAiO system series named Icue Elite Capellix XT, Elite LCD XT and RGB Elite as well as updates of the renowned 4000D / 5000D housing in updated RGB variants.

Upgrades of known Corsair products

According to Corsair, the “AF RGB Elite PWM” fan is currently their most powerful fan, which is equipped with 8 individually controllable LEDs. The fan is available as a 120 mm version with a maximum speed of 2,100 rpm and in a 140 mm version with a maximum speed of 1,700 rpm. In addition to a liquid bearing for quiet operation, the PWM fan also has a zero RPM mode to completely silence the rotor blade at low loads.

The new all-in-one water cooling systems called Icue Elite Capellix XT and Elite LCD XT are directly equipped with these new “AF RGB Elite” fans. According to Corsair, these two liquid cooling systems should also be suitable for demanding scenarios such as 13th generation Intel Core processors and AMD Ryzen 7000 CPUs. The Icue Elite Capellix XT is illuminated by 33 LEDs, the “Elite LCD XT”-AiO even has a 2.1-inch IPS LCD, which can display data such as temperatures, but also GIF images.

Corsair’s 4000D RGB Airflow and 5000D RGB Airflow mid-tower ATX cases have received good reviews in the press. Slightly updated variants of these airflow-optimized cases are now available. The new versions are equipped with “AF120 RGB Elite” fans and the “Icue Lighting Node PRO” controller. On top of that, Corsair gave the cases two additional 120 mm fan mounts on the power supply cover for direct cooling of the graphics card.
