Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2: DMZ Mode Reportedly Includes In-Game Marketplace
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has not yet been officially presented, but the rumor mill is bubbling with excitement.
Insider Hope is back this time with new information on a new mode called DMZ.
With in-game marketplace
According to Hope, this PvPvE mode will include an in-game marketplace for cosmetic items such as character skins, weapon blueprints and so on.
The things bought there can also be used in the other game modes of the shooter, they say.
For the time being, we can only speculate as to how you can buy these things, whether with CoD points or for real money. Another option would of course be NFTs, although Hope says Activision does not.

What is DMZ?
According to unconfirmed reports, the content of the new DMZ mode is based on games such as Escape from Tarkov or Hunt: Showdown.
Hope had previously stated that DMZ will initially be launched as a beta version and will be further developed after the launch.
It has not yet been officially confirmed when we will see Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. According to the latest rumours, it is expected on June 8, 2022. In any case, a lot of things currently seem to point to the beginning of June.
